I feel sorry to hear your father's illness! It must be very very hard for the family to take in the bad news! Your mum is really amazing that she can in return encourage the rest of you! She is fantastic and may God our good Lord bless your whole family to cope and endure the hardship that is likely along the journey! Josephine, be encouraged and be brave to support your parents throughout the investigating and treatment process! May the love and bonding within the family get more strengthened and each of you treasure one another especialy in times of trial and difficulties! Believe or not, it is one of the most beautiful things on earth despite of the sadness! To your parents, the fact that you are all grown up well, independent and responsible and caring, these must have comforted their hearts that they know they did a brilliant job in bringing up all of you and if one day they need to leave, they can leave peacefully knowing you are all good and secured in the love and grace of God! All the very best for your father to fight against the illness and gets the best possible treatment available and if at the end need to be palliative then may he suffer the minimum and God's grace embrace him through his journey upward and onward!
